Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Logfare API, website, or any services provided by Logorhythms ("we", "us", "our") at logfare.logorhythms.dev (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Logfare provides free, unauthenticated access to large language model (LLM) inference via an OpenAI-compatible API. The Service proxies requests to third-party LLM providers and returns their responses.
3. No Uptime Guarantees
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make absolutely no guarantees regarding:
- Uptime, availability, or reliability of the Service
- The accuracy, quality, or suitability of model outputs
- Continued availability of any specific model
- Response times or latency
- Data integrity or persistence
The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
4. Data Collection and Usage
By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the following:
- All data transmitted through the Service is logged, including but not limited to: request bodies, response bodies, IP addresses, user agents, HTTP headers, timestamps, and all associated metadata.
- Logorhythms may store, process, analyze, distribute, license, sublicense, and sell any data collected through the Service.
- Data collected may be used to create datasets, train machine learning models, conduct research, or for any other commercial or non-commercial purpose.
- There is no mechanism to opt out of data collection while using the Service. If you do not consent to this data collection, do not use the Service.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate, transmit, or facilitate any content that is illegal under applicable law
- Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group
- Generate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content exploiting minors
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
- Attempt to access the admin panel or internal systems
6. Termination
We reserve the right to block, restrict, or terminate access to the Service for any user, at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice. This is a free service — we owe you nothing.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logorhythms and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Logorhythms and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
